CoC 是 Code of Conduct（行为准则） 的缩写。“CoC Violation” 就是指某条帖子或回复违反了论坛的行为准则。
在 Obsidian 论坛（forum.obsidian.md）的具体场景下，这个标记/提示通常出现在以下情况：
- 帖子被举报或被版主标记——内容可能涉及人身攻击、骚扰、垃圾广告、歧视言论、过度自我推广（spam-like self-promotion）等，违反了社区准则
- 自我推广类内容把握不好分寸——Obsidian 论坛对插件作者发帖宣传是允许的（Share & Showcase 板块本来就是干这个的），但如果同一时间段重复发帖、刷屏式更新、或者在不相关的板块里硬插广告，容易被判定为 CoC 违规
- 版主介入处理——出现这个标记后，通常意味着帖子会被隐藏、编辑、或者作者会收到警告私信，严重或屡次违规可能导致禁言/封号

Added a “Breathing” eye-care system to SwiftSwitch**
Alongside the existing eye-care colors in SwiftSwitch (cream, mint, parchment, etc.), I’ve been building out something a bit different —** Breathing**.
It’s not a fixed color scheme. Instead, it’s a family of effects where the screen** slowly shifts between lighter and darker**, each at a different rhythm.
There are now five variants:
- Breathing — a 5-second cycle, with a soft glow breathing at the center of the screen
- 4-7-8 Breathing — inhale 4s, hold 7s, exhale 8s, following the classic relaxation breathing technique
- Box Breathing — inhale 4s, hold 4s, exhale 4s, hold 4s, an even, steady rhythm
- Edge Breathing — a soft glow breathing around the screen’s edges, leaving the center untouched
- Cursor Breathing — a glow that breathes and follows your mouse cursor as you move
You can pick any of these from the control panel (click the eye-care chips), or scroll on the floating button to cycle through all eye-care modes — breathing included. (Ctrl + scroll cycles through your installed themes instead.)
4-7-8 and Box Breathing are actual guided-breathing techniques used for relaxation and focus — the idea is you can optionally sync your own breathing to the screen’s rhythm, not just have it sit in the background. Edge and Cursor breathing are more about ambient texture: subtle enough that you might not consciously notice them, but the screen never feels completely static either.
This is still evolving. If you try any of these and have thoughts — too fast, too slow, want a custom cycle length, or an idea for a sixth variant — I’d love to hear it.
