【已解决】列表项目符号渲染效果不一致，只有前半段内容能正常渲染和显示

我用的是Windows 11、Obsidian v1.8.9，查看的是一个小型Markdown文档，但是样式渲染有点问题：星号在前半段内容中能渲染成圆点，但在后半段内容中却依然显示为星号。不知道是什么原因。

显示效果如下（文本提取自英语词典，可以看到后半段中例句前面的星号都还是原样显示）：
