问题描述以及问题的复现步骤
我在PC端使用百度网盘的同步空间进行本地知识库markdown文件的同步，当文件修改后自动触发百度网盘的同步操作，这样便于我在多电脑维护笔记。升级到 1.8.4版本后，保存文件出现资源被锁，右上角出现 EBUSY: resource busy or locked 的错误提示，关闭百度网盘同步空间的自动同步功能后，该错误不会复现。之前的 1.5.x版本没有出现过同类问题。个人初步判断是obsidian保存md文档时文件锁定时间较长，与百度网盘客户端同步文件时冲突。
